Do you like salt & vinegar flavoured chips? They are my favourite, and I thought that maybe a salt & vinegar white sauce for fish 'n' chips would be heaven! Or maybe not. Makes 150 ml.
Melt butter, mix flour in, then add the water.
Boil it all up carefully and stir until thickened.
Add salt and vinegar, and stir until all salt dissolves.
