Time: 40 minutes (includes cooking rice and peas)
This is a Chinese fried rice recipe, which serves six diners.
Dice the suasages.
Stir soy sauce into beaten eggs.
In a wok or heavy frying pan, heat the oil to hot.
Add the rice and stir fry on high heat.
Lower the heat, add egg blend, sausage bits, and peas.
Stir fry until the rice is coated and the egg has set.
Check the seasoning.
Serve in a warm dish immediately.
Hint: to make this dish more filling, add another egg, and 1 or 2 more sausages, depending on their size.
