Time: 1 hour 15 minutes
This one has a nice smell and taste, without the intoxicating effects, so just give up, put everything back in the cupboards and drink the beer. To me, this is a huge scone with a hop-ish flavour.
Mix all up into a soft dough.
Bake for 1 hour at 175°C in a loaf tin.
Turn out to cool on a wire rack.
